Haddock on it’s own can sometimes be boring, however, by adding some simple hebs and spices you can turn it into a flavour-filled fish dish to go with anything. I like to use lemon and Paprika topped with some white sauce – It’s delicious!

215g Haddock Loin
200g White Potatoes
5ml Olive Oil
½ tbsp. Plain Flour
1 Burger Bun
20g Onion (Sliced)
1tsp Chopped Parsley (or already chopped parsley will do)
1tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Red Chilli (Chopped)
1/2tsp Garlic Salt
1/2tsp Onion Salt
1/2tsp Aromat



For the Wedges – 
Line a baking tray with some tin foil or parchment paper. Cut your potatoes into wedges and spray with some low calorie cooking spray. Add your 1/2tsp of aromat and some salt & pepper. Toss wedges until coated and throw on to your baking tray. Bang in the oven for 25mins at 220 degrees.

For the Fish Burgers – 
Finely chop the Haddock or put it in a food processor and whizz briefly, so that the haddock is still chunky. Next add the parsley, lemon, red chilli and seasonings to the fish mix. Squeeze the mixture well to drain out any water, and add your tbsp of flour, then shape into 1 burgers. Chill to firm, if you have time. Heat the oil in a pan, and cook your burgers over a low to medium heat for about 3 mins each side, until browned and just cooked.

Serve your burger in the burger bun with some salad and a splash of tartar Sauce, remove your wedges from the oven, bang it all together. Done.
