These Brownie Bites are a taste buds dream. Loaded with health ingredients and only 185 calories per serving.

Ingredients

 

60g Walnuts
150g Pitted Dates, Chopped
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil (15g)
1 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/4 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Tbsp Almond Milk Or Water
1 1/2 Tbsp Honey

 

Method

 

Add the walnuts to a food processor and blend until chopped. Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor and blend until well combined.

Using a tablespoon, spoon out the mixture onto a plate covered in baking paper and mould the brownie batter into a rectangle.

Cover or store in an airtight container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours until they harden.

Chop into 6 bites and serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 5 days. These can also be frozen by individually wrapping the bites in clingfilm, placing in a container and freezing to make them last longer.
